Rewards
La Dolce Vita Resort & Spa offers a program to reward guests who stay at the Resort, refer other guests to the Resort and other ways of earning points toward free nights. If you would like to participate in this program, send us an email at and we will send you an application. You can also pick up an application at the front desk of the Resort during your next visit.
REWARDS Program Rules
There are three ways to earn REWARDS points:
1) One point for every paid night at the Resort.
2) One point for referring a new guest who has never stayed at the Resort.
3) Bonus points – Offered during specific times of the year.
Stay Points
1) To receive REWARDS points during a stay at the Resort, the Guest must identify his REWARDS Number when making the room reservation or at check in. One REWARDS number per reservation.
2) The Guest with the REWARDS NUMBER must be listed on the reservation as the Primary Guest in order to get credit for the stay.
3) REWARDS points are recorded when the Member checks into the resort, not when the reservation is made, and are credited to the Member’s account 7 days, thereafter the guest checks out of the hotel
4) After the Guest has accumulated 10 Nights (10 REWARDS points) at La Dolce Vita Resort & Spa, the Guest will receive one free night at the Resort. (Complimentary nights are not included in the 10 night quota.)
5) Once 10 points are achieved, the Resort will email the Guest a Free Night gift certificate.
6) The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the time it is issued and can not be combined with other stays or promotional programs.
7) The gift certificate is valid weekdays and weekends, (excludes holidays and special events) and for any type of room, depending on availability.
8) Only one REWARDS Number can be credited during the stay at La Dolce Vita Resort & Spa
9) The gift certificate is non-transferable.
10) Only one REWARDS certificate can be used per stay.
Referral Points
1) REWARDS members can earn points by referring A New Guest to La Dolce Vita Resort, who has never stayed at the Resort.
2) Your Name or REWARDS Number must be mentioned at the time the New Guest makes the reservation or at check-in.
3) The referrals points will be added to your stay points.
4) It is not necessary to have stayed at the Resort in order to refer it to someone. However, you need to register and receive a REWARDS Number.
Certificate Redemption
1) Guests using their REWARDS certificate must call the Resort to reserve their accommodation. (You can not book your reservation on-line). The certificate will not be honored at check in, if it was not included in the reservation. There are a limited number of REWARD certificates that can be redeemed on any given day. Therefore it is possible; the guest would not be able to redeem the certificate if the Resort has reached its quota.
2) Guests must bring their certificate and present it at check in
3) The certificate may be used on weekdays and weekends, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS.
4) REWARDS can not be combined with any other promotion that yields a free night.
5) Only one REWARDS certificate can be used per stay.
6) The certificate has no cash value; no change or credit will be issued.
7) The certificate is not replaceable if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.
8) The certificate is non-transferrable.
